Free Inspection Policy

In the rare event a client's purchase does not settle, Shewell Inspections LLC offers a free inspection of their next purchase. Unlike mortgage and appraisal fees, our client's home inspection fee is not at risk if the sale is not completed. To qualify for the free second inspection, we require the first transaction have a fully signed residential purchase agreement for owner occupancy priced under $395,000. Commercial and investment properties do not qualify. The free inspection must be scheduled within ninety days of the first inspection. A copy of the original canceled contract must accompany the written request for the second free inspection. Environmental test for the first inspection are not included in this free home inspection offer.
